PALM HARBOR MRI

Great experience. The staff was so efficient and lovely- especially Alexis- you guys are lucky to have her. Usually these appointments make me anxious but they moved me along so quickly and made me feel like they care.

Unfortunately I have a large deductible insurance plan so was really avoiding getting the MRI scans I needed. Thankfully I was pointed in the direction of Palm Harbor MRI. I was astonished to see how expensive two scans would be at other providers in the area-including at the large hospital system that I currently work for. Not only were Palm Harbor’s cash prices much less than anywhere else, they were up front and honest with me about pricing, leaving no surprises. Upon discovering I had put my scans off for so long, Palm Harbor MRI was able to get me in for my scans the very next day, at an after hour’s time convenient for me. When I called back to admit I had lost my MRI referral, they were happy to work with me and my medical provider to get an updated referral so I wouldn’t have to further postpone my scans. I arrived early for my appointment and they were running ahead of schedule so were able to take me back ahead of my appointment time, leaving virtually no wait. The actual scans were easy and they truly made the 40 minute scans easy and comfortable. Everyone I spoke to from scheduling to the front desk, to the tech were extremely professional and courteous. I feel silly for putting off getting my MRIs for so long, Palm Harbor MRI truly made the process as easy as it could be. I cannot recommend Palm Harbor MRI enough for any imaging needs; well worth the drive from anywhere in the Tampa Bay area.

I recently had to have a follow up MRI due to a mass they found. The staff was so nice and fit me in ASAP as I was extremely anxious with the first results. Amelia is very professional and so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. Even during a very busy afternoon, she made me feel less anxious and really cared.

I was a little nervous coming in for my first appointment, but the team members of Palm Harbor MRI really put me at ease. They answered all my questions, made me as comfort as possible, were prompt and most importantly, kind! When I first came in I was greeted by Ameila’s welcoming smile. Her sincerity and warmth were an immediate relief. Michelle took me back for the MRI AND X-rays and performed impeccably. She communicated clearly and often, making sure I was ok during the procedures and had a great sense of humor, keeping it light. Thank you, Palm Harbor teammates, for making my experience great!

BRANDON MRI

I have been in and out of different MRI facilities for the past 3 years in many different states & have never really thought the best about these places since you are never there for a feel good reason & alot of the time you are just another number to them but wow, I just left here after needing a stat Xray Brandon MRI completely changed my mind. Beautiful clean facility, greeted by smiling faces and such kind ladies at the front. And they are so quick! The gentleman who took me back was so positive & happy smiling like he truly loved his job. He said Joanna (excuse my spelling if that is wrong), she is like the Vannah white around here & she will be taking your X ray today. No one does that. They don’t take the time to tell you who is seeing you at your worst with cold metal boards making you uncomfortable but he did & it made me feel at ease. Joanna was so kind & so good at what she does but would you believe it, she seems to love her job too because she actually cares to know what is going on with you & walks you back after to get changed. You are then greeted with smiles and thank yous when you walk out with the last words being “I hope you feel better” I am a firm believer in recognizing kindness & great employees so whoever owns this place needs to know that a first timer walked in dredding it & walked out thinking wow, they must dig for gold when finding their employees! Mad kudos to all you kind people!

No problems. Did not have a long waiting room wait. Really loved Audrey the Ultrasound technician she made the appointment so much better.

Friendliest and most courteous staff I’ve ever encountered in a medical office. No wait time and I left with a goody bag and a beautiful flower. Such caring people made for a great experience. All patients are VIP seems to be the policy. Beautiful facility, too! Thank you

I loved the waiting area. It was a nice change from other waiting areas I have been to. The water bottles and the snacks were a nice touch. I would definitely go back.

HIGHALND MRI

Highland MRI is an exceptionally professional and awesome place. The staff is great and very customer service friendly. They are very hard workers and deserve a gold medal! It is clean, very well run and the spirit of all of them resignates goodness! CONGRATULATIONS to the the Management and owner of this establishment. Very well deserved!😇😄

I loved this place, best ultrasound experience I have had. I wish I could remember who I saw but the lady was so nice and explained things which they never did when I had ultrasounds at other places. If I ever have to have another one I will ask to be sent here.

I have been to this facility multiple times during this year and a half. I had 2 surgeries that required updated information on a regular basis. I rarely have to wait when I walk-in for an x-ray and if I am having an MRI, I am taken on time. All staff members are welcoming and accommodating. What makes this facility even more special, it is local to my residence.

Great experience! They found the source of my pain, when others did not. Very short wait time.

Dianna was exceptional at the desk and Andrea was a compassionate technologist as I was in great pain and her patience was abundant. She said she would have it read STAT and my doctor had the report within 2.5 hours. Well done to all the staff and my gratitude as well.

WINTER HAVEN MRI

I actually enjoyed my visit to MRI, they are fast, friendly, and very good at what they do! Results delivered, same day, to my Primary care physician Oh, and great, free snacks while you wait.

The girls at the front desk are just so professional and are willing to go the extra mile for patients. If it wasn’t for them, I could have not been able to get my MRI done. Being a Mom with small children and no one to watch them is hard to get things done. But the staff here at MRI associates in Winter Haven are just truly amazing. I appreciate everything they did for me that day and for welcoming my 2 kids without any hesitation.

Very friendly staff, clean facility and very efficient! I had two appointments for different exams and they got me in early one right after the other!

My back was really hurting and they got me right in and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about the exam. The front desk gave me a snack and a drink to calm me down and when I got to the back the techs were very nice and took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I like that they provided scrub pants for the exam and not those open back gowns that show your business.

Starting with the warm welcome and great disposition to assist in every need to the individual attention, patience, and dedication experienced by my husband and myself, I truly recommend MRI Assoc. Of Winter Haven as the best place to go. Even after two yrs. Of a study done for my husband, I was able to get copy of the results immediately upon request.

VENICE MRI

Have had 2 wonderful experiences at Venice MRI, one yesterday & one today. Yesterday Cinnamon helped me get a needed appt for my special ultrasound in Venice. She was so helpful, polite & thoughtful. She gave me time to call my doctor’s office in Sarasota & ask them to fax over my requisition & when the office faxed it over she called me immediately & made my appt with me for the next morning. She really went over & above what other medical offices do for patients. Then this morning Alana greeted me with a big happy smile & welcomed me to this new place. She carefully explained what l needed to do & was thorough in her explanation. I was immediately called back by my technician, Chris who was most professional, explaining things & keeping things light & comfortable. She did her job but talked with me in a wonderful, friendly way making the test go quickly & easily. I enjoyed my experience very much & will definitely use this office again for any tests l might need. I will also recommend Venice MRI to all my friends.

Excellent experience at Venice MRI. Staff were friendly and helpful. Waiting room was comfortable and had snacks. Wait time was minimal.

I had gone here for an xray a few months ago and was impressed with the customer service and efficiency of this office. I then had 2 MRIs there this week. Once again, the office was efficient and friendly. It truly was comforting and a pleasure to be treated with kindness and a smile. I, myself, worked as a front office, customer service employee. Unfortunately, not every medical office is like this. It truly makes a difference. Thank you MRI Associates in Venice! I commend you!

Rodger is the best! He went out of his way to make sure my patient who is a quadriplegic felt safe. It was one of the only times she was able to get an x ray where she felt no pain whatsoever. He had a smile on his face and was very nice to talk to. The girls in the front office were just as nice. As soon as we walked in they offered us water candy and chips. They left us with a smile on their face. If you have to get an x-ray anywhere go here! We will definitely be back. The icing on the cake was we were able to get back at our exact appointment time and we were in and out within 15 minutes!

BRADENTON MRI

Wonderful customer service bent over Backward to help rectify the incompetence of their counter part in Sarasota. Always gets me in quickly and efficiently so my doctors get their results on time.

Brought my teenage daughter in for an MRI a couple of weeks ago, and we had a great experience! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and very professional. The paperwork was ready to go, and we didn’t have to wait long to be called back. The MRI technician was wonderful as well. She was very kind, friendly, patient, and made sure my daughter was comfortable before the imaging began. I would recommend MRI Associates to anyone needing imaging.

This facility is so refreshing in a nice little area of Tanglewood out of the way and in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the area inside is clean and inviting. The tech was very helpful and personable. The paperwork was easy and the wait time very minimal got in and out in no time. The pricing there is reasonable with no feeling of getting ripped off. I’m very familiar with a lot of the diagnostic facilities around and i highly recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had three MRI scans performed here. Two were completed without an appointment, right after I walked in. The facilities are modern and the staff is great. As a cash customer with no insurance, I especially appreciate the pricing. MRI Associates should be the first and only radiology service on anyone’s list in this region of FL. No reason to go anywhere else. Superb.

SARASOTA MRI

Sebastian was the operator for my MRI . I hope everyone has as good an experience as I did at what I consider a a most uncomfortable test. I have small , tough veins so someone trying to get a needle into one can be a very bad experience. Sebastian was expert at that ,also. I will request him in the future. RRM

Overall very pleasant experience .. I was placed in the hands of Sebastian .. he is very caring & kind .. he explained every step of the process I felt\ comfortable & at ease .. I was somewhat apprehensive about the contrast .. kinda scary when your getting an injection with something unknown ( well to me ) he was so reassuring about everything answered all my questions not one eye roll .. or sigh Sebastian rocks
